Adam Smith International (ASI) is committed to operating ethically and promotes a culture of openness and transparency. An important aspect of this openness and transparency is a mechanism to enable ASI employees and key stakeholders to voice concerns over illegal or unethical conduct in an effective and responsible manner.

This reporting channel is available for speaking up about misconduct, possible breaches of company policies and procedures, and suspected violations of laws and regulations, including but not limited to fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery and corruption, financial malpractice, significant environmental and health and safety concerns.

If you are working for ASI, please consider speaking to your line manager, HR or Legal & Compliance, in the first instance. If you don’t feel comfortable doing so, you can use the independent service managed by SafeCall. When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible. We encourage you to identify yourself and engage with the process to support ASI’s investigation regarding your concern.
