ASI is very active in West Africa with major projects throughout the region in countries such as Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Ghana.
We have an established reputation for delivering high quality projects in the region. These have been wide ranging, covering utility and infrastructure reform, private sector development, good governance, civil service reform, institutional capacity building, decentralisation, and education and social development. Our long-standing presence in the region has enabled us to build up an extensive network of both local and international advisers able to apply the lessons of international best practice to the challenges facing West Africa.
