Teacher Training Needs

ASI conducted a needs assessment of teachers and teacher training facilities as the Ministry of Education Science and Technology seeks to reach the targets set out in their National Education Sector Plan.  Needs were broken down along urban and rural lines and for gender.  Determining a way forward involved modeling various scenarios to provide guidance to the Ministry and its donor partners on the most appropriate method for them to ensure adequate teacher supply nationwide.
