Supporting the Establishment of a Multi-Sector Transport Regulator

ASI worked to ascertain the feasibility of establishing a multi-sector transport regulator. The objective was to enhance the Government of Uganda's capacity to oversee a broad reform programme across a number of sectors, principally road transportation, which would ultimately improve service provision and accessibility to transport modes throughout the country.
