Support to communications strategy of regulators

ASI trained utilities regulators, water and power officials and other senior civil servants in stakeholder analysis and communications strategy.  We returned after 20 months to review utilities consumer opinion research and to help write and shoot three television commercials informing consumers how the regulator can help them resolve their problems with the water company.
