Stakeholder analysis

As part of ASI's public enterprise reform programme in South Africa we performed stakeholder analysis concerning workers in Durban's seaport, which faces restructuring.  We revealed the intensity of concern over joblessness, dissatisfaction with labour union leaders, and distrust of management.  The results significantly influenced South African Government policies toward stakeholders and reform.
