Reform of cabinet committees and secretariat support

ASI was engaged by the Romanian Prime Minister specifically to review and support reform of the Romanian government's top-level decision making and policy support processes. This included reforms to public administration systems at the most senior levels. ASI designed and implemented the formation of Cabinet Committees and secretariat support institutions, defined new roles and provided intensive training to incoming officials.
