Privatisation of the Tea Sector

ASI acted as the primary adviser to the Rwandan Privatisation Secretariat in the privatisation of the tea sector.  ASI's main tasks were to finalise the privatisation strategy (for approval by cabinet) and to put together the information memorandum and bid procedures.  ASI was subsequently engaged to implement the privatisation strategy, which has resulted in the successful sale of one of the tea estates.
