Privatisation of the Gambia National Insurance Company and the Meridien Bank

The Insurance Company was the first privatisation in the country and was sold successfully to the public, employees and a strategic investor. The Meridien Bank had failed and to prevent its failure had been taken over by the Government. This assignment examined options to re-privatise it.
