Country: IraqASI carried out a small project to design an Iraqi policy unit that would be focussed on the production of practical policy options for Iraqi policy-makers. the concept was that it would assist in institutionalising political thinking in Iraq and in providing the required research and analysis to enable policy-makers to take forward viable and well-crafted policy proposals.
