Permanent staff

Working on ASI's permanent staff is a very rewarding occupation, offering responsibility, intellectual stimulation, variety, and many challenges. Critically, what we do really matters and has an impact. We can and do improve the lives of many people in many different countries.

 
In ASI staff members can shape, control and deliver large projects, often very challenging ones in difficult environments. We give our project managers considerable power and responsibility and a remarkable degree of freedom. We have consistently found that this approach delivers the best results.
 
Our working envirionment is a friendly and relaxed one, with little unnecessary bureaucracy and hierarchy. Our staff complement is a very international one with members from a wide variety of continents and cultures.
