Pension Reform

Adam Smith International advised on the conversion of the Swaziland National Provident Fund into a Pension Fund.  The project involved comparing the benefits of the Defined Benefit Model, the Defined Contribution Model, and various hybrids, and presenting specific recommendations to guide the stakeholders in making an informed decision on the choice of an appropriate model.
