Nigeria: Privatisation Communications
ASI's communications experts provided support to the Government of Nigeria's privatisation communications programme and developed a communications strategy for the implementation of the national communications programme. The project based within The Presidency was a complex multimillion dollar programme of support designed to build awareness for the Government's national privatisation reform programme.
The media campaign employed radio spots and programs, TV soap opera story line insertions, newspaper and outdoor advertising and article and op-ed placement, along with various printed materials, media relations and public affairs. ASI provided strategic communications support in the development of a weekly radio show broadcast to over 60 million Nigerians, the development of weekly privatisation pages in the leading national newspapers and acted as producer to four national privatisation documentaries.
