Insurance sector reform

ASI advised the Government of Gambia on the restructuring of the Gambian insurance sector and reform of the National Insurance Corporation.  This involved extensive consultation with interest groups and design of methodologies in each case that were politically acceptable and commercially viable. The Gambian National Insurance Corporation was successfully privatized.
