Country: RwandaAs part of ASI's Rwanda Civil Service Reform project, we are working with the government to analyse key issues such as legal framework, organisational design at central and local levels, working arrangements, systems and procedures, recruitment policy, remuneration policy, performance management, leave policy, pension policy, institutional arrangements and capacity to implement civil service reforms. Having had our reform recommendations approved, we are now supporting their implementation.
