Finalisation of the Teaching Service Career Structure and Teachers’ Register

ASI worked with the Ministry of Education to finalise clearly defined career structures for education personnel.  This involved the agreement and documentation of a framework that clearly defines the system – one that can be effectively and sustainably implemented.  A key component of this framework are the arrangements and the structures that will ensure that it is capable of being used rigorously, fairly and transparently.  Advice and guidance is also being provided for how the structure will be managed.
