Fiduciary risk assessment

ASI conducted a Fiduciary Risk Assessment of the donor-supported Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority in Pakistan, which has also received support from DFID, the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and the European Commission. On extremely short notice, ASI deployed a consultant to travel throughout Pakistan in Islamabad, North West Frontier Province and Jammu and Kashmir and examine and map the expenditure controls and procedures for this fund. ASI also proposed a set of recommendations for improving the fiscal management of this fund to bring it in line with international best practices procedures.
