Electricity Sector Reform

At the invitation of President Leonel Fernandez, ASI worked with public and private organisations to create the political consensus and economic logic for a coordinated program of reform in the electricity sector. The Action Plan that ASI has developed for the country is the first attempt at drawing clear lines of accountability and responsibility in the sector and offers promise for a manageable return to a sustainable electricity network.
