Development of a public sector reform communications strategy

Country: Trinidad and TobagoASI communications advisors developed a communication strategy for the government of Trinidad and Tobago’s Public Service Reform Programme in order to build support and understanding of the reform programme. A communication and marketing strategy was developed to inform and engage three main target groups namely, the general public, public sector stakeholders and internal public sector stakeholders. In addition a system for benchmarking, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the communications strategy was developed.
