Development and implementation of a national dialogue strategy

ASI communications advisors provided communications support to the Government of Trinidad and Tobago in the design and implementation of a National Dialogue Strategy.  The strategy was developed to build consensus and understanding for the Public Sector Reform Strategy and Programme. ASI communications team developed an integrated strategy to identify and engage public sector stakeholders on the issue of public sector reform; facilitated the development of support for the reform strategy essential to its viability and sustainability; and developed capacity within the Government for the continuation and development of the national dialogue process.
