Design and operation of non-corrupt tender processes

ASI's work in support of privatisation programmes in developing countries involves designing and operating corruption-free tender processes for the sale of assets. Privatisations involve large sums of money and offer significant opportunities for rent-seeking. In addition to process design, ASI has been actively involved in preventing the perversion of these processes for corrupt purposes, with considerable success.
