Decentralisation in Education and other sectors

ASI worked with the Education and other key service Ministries (Health, Municipal Services) to develop a strategy to ensure greater financial and operational decentralisation in order to seek to ensure higher levels of service delivery and responsiveness to regional and local concerns and needs.
