Change management

ASI has been appointed to support the newly established Human Resource and Institutional Capacity Development Agency (HIDA) in developing institutional capacity and managing the change process within the Rwandan public service. HIDA is the nodal agency for the Government of Rwanda’s Multi-Sector Capacity Building Programme that seeks to make the Rwandan public service more transparent, efficient and accountable.
 
An ASI change management adviser is providing support to the top management of HIDA in institutionalising these values within the institution before rolling them out across the public service. ASI is also providing specialised technical expertise in public financial management and monitoring and evaluation processes. This work links closely with ASI’s current work with the Ministry of Public Service, Skills Development and Labour (MIFOTRA) in developing a comprehensive civil service reform strategy.
