Centre of government reform

ASI worked closely with the Deputy Prime Minister, the Head of Government Administration and the Council of Ministers in conducting a review centre of government capacity and procedures. Based on the review's findings, we provided training throughout the Prime Minister's Office and made recommendations for potential improvements to the efficacy of the Council of Ministers. An important aspect of this reform was the creation of Council of Ministers sub-committees which helped to filter decisions that could be made at lower bureaucratic levels.
