Cement and Magnesite Sector Reform

ASI conducted a cement sector analysis and provided assistance in the privatisation of three state-owned cement companies, including advice on privatisation options, assessment of environmental issues, preparation of the Information Memoranda, valuation, pre-privatisation restructuring, investor search, conduct of bid processes.  Similar work was performed in the magnesite sector.
