Bauxite sector reform

ASI assisted the Government of Guyana over an 8 year period in the restructuring of the bauxite sector, including workforce downsizing, technological improvement, unbundling of ancillary functions, policy and regulatory reform, environmental issues, social audit, and attraction of new investment.
