Associate consultants

Adam Smith International is established, widely trusted and growing, year by year. Our reputation with government and major donor organisations is justifiably burgeoning. As our workload grows and our name becomes ever more widely known, we have a responsibility to ensure that we continue to make use of the brightest, best and most experienced people. We are constantly on the lookout for associate consultants who have the skills and know-how to add to our growing pool of talent.

We do not have a suffocating bureaucracy or an intimidating hierarchy.
 
Associate consultants are suported by our full time staff, who are largely based in London. Our senior managers are a small, tight, active and highly approachable team who keep a close eye on events. Our reputation is very much built by our consultants in the field and it is in their hands that responsibility for our success lies. Our work impacts directly upon the well-being of some of the world's most needy and vulnerable people, so it is essential that our consultants understand and appreciate the gravity of the jobs that they are undertaking. They must be prepared to work in pressured, uncertain and often difficult environments. They must combine technical expertise with sensitivity, empathy and diplomacy.
