ASI helps set up Office of Prime Minister in Kenya

ASI has been asked by the new Prime Minister of Kenya, Raila Odinga, to help set up the Office of the Prime Minister and advise on establishing new policy co-ordination processes. An ASI team was on the ground within a few days of PM Odinga's request and is making good progress.
