ASI helps reform Southern Sudan

ASI has been invited by the Government of Southern Sudan (GoSS) to help reform public services through the development of GoSS’ roadmap for public service reform
 
 
Reporting directly to HE Acuil the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning and HE Awut Minister for Labour and Public Service, we will investigate current human resources (headcount, payroll, employee profiles across grades for GoSS, States, organised forces and SPLA), assessment of the current institutional architecture and prevailing systems and procedures in public services. It is intended that this will lead to the articulation of a comprehensive plan for implementing a wide range of interventions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services in Southern Sudan.
