Advisor to Deputy Minister of Finance

In conjunction with our Strengthening National and Provincial Budgets project, ASI is providing Tony Preston-Stanley to act as advisor to the Deputy Minister for Finance. He provides strategic advice and conducting capacity development  macro-fiscal skills, preparing medium-term budget forecasts, understanding risks and uncertainties under public administration reform  measures, and improving linkages between the IMF, World Bank,  donors and the governmemnt of Afghanistan.  He will also work closely with the  Budget and Revenue departments on PFM  policy and strategy.
